Returns Our policy lasts 15 days for return shipping for EU & UK. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original packing and in the same condition that you received it, according to the warranty below. In any event, the costs you bear to return the goods (the cost of shipping the return) may be at your expense and you bear the risk of damage or loss of the goods during a return until the goods reach us. Please note that while the goods remain in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition. To complete your return, please email us at pintar-amsterdam@hotmail.com. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Warranty

Pintar Amsterdam provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Pintar Amsterdam to determine if they fall under the Warranty
